If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Returning any item within this period will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). All returned items must be in their original packaging with labels attached and in a re-sellable condition. On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid minus delivery charges.  Alternatively, an exchange can be arranged. In the case of exchange an additional delivery charge may be applied -this will be in-line with the normal Scale Model Shed delivery rates. When returning items, we recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not make it back to us.

Any items purchased for Christmas gifts WILL NOT be eligible for refunds in the New Year, however we are happy to offer exchanges only.
