Please note that during the Christmas period, all postal services are experiencing very high demand and there may be a delay to the expected delivery time.

We aim for all orders to be dispatched next working day of receiving funds. In some circumstances, such as holiday periods, we may encounter a higher than normal demand. At these times we ask that you allow up to seven days for delivery.

All of our deliveries are despatched using DPD Local next day or Royal Mail 48hr (2 day) service. Our delivery pricing to UK addresses is simple and based on value of order. No matter how large or small the order is.

Orders between £0-75  

DPD Next Day : £6.00

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked : £2.99

Orders over £75

Next Day : Free Postage – Dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD next day. Chosen courier is to the descression of Scale Model Shed.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 12:00 (Mid-day).

Orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the next working day which is Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then it will be shipped on Tuesday.

When you order is packed and ready to dispatch, we will send you a DPD tracking number, you can also find this by logging into you Scale Model Shed account. To track your order please visit the DPD Local website here: DPD Local  

For any orders to outlying areas in the UK (postcodes beginning with BT, JE, GY, IM, KW, PO30-41 & ZE), you must not select UK mainland.

This service does not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. If you would like Saturday delivery please call us on 01460 712845.
