History
LARC is the abbreviation for the somewhat unwieldy term „Lighter Amphibious Resupply Cargo“ or in German „Amphibischer Nachschubleichter für Fracht“.
The smallest, but fastest variant LARC-V at 45 km/h, could bring more than 4,5 tons of freight ashore without a port.
The German Bundeswehr has already sold all of their copies. However, the LARC-V is still partially in service in the armed forces of other countries.Others are now used to transport tourists.
